FEATURES

1. The structure of this machine adopts double headed needles, with the upper and lower syringes vertically facing each other. The computerized needle selector selects needles on the lower syringe;

2. The computer needle selector can make needle selection in three working positions: loop forming, loop collecting, and floating wire selection. Any process pattern of complex tissue structures can be converted into specialized control instructions through the computer pattern preparation system. These instructions control the needle selector to weave the jacquard structure, and the bottom of the fabric is woven by two tracks of the needle plate;

3. The selection distance space of the eight segment needle selector can meet the requirements of high-speed operation of the machine;
